The 'Diia' Portal Now Allows Cancellation of Mobilization Reservations: What This Means for Military-registered Employees.
The state services portal 'Diia' has implemented a new digital service that allows the cancellation of mobilization reservations for military-registered employees of enterprises.
According to the press service of 'Diia', access to this function has been granted to managers and authorized representatives of companies.
The cancellation procedure involves several sequential steps using the electronic signature of the legal entity. Managers must log in to the portal, fill out an application with information about the employees subject to cancellation, and certify the document with an electronic signature.
The result of the application processing is sent within 24 hours via email and the user's personal account.
It is important to note that the system imposes restrictions on the frequency of cancellation requests – no more than once every 30 days. Additionally, automatic cancellation of reservations has been implemented in cases where the enterprise loses its critical importance status.
Against the backdrop of the recent large-scale cyberattack on state registries, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made a preventive decision regarding the automatic extension of existing mobilization reservations for one month, but no later than February 28, 2025.
