Explosions heard in occupied Crimea.
In Sevastopol, which is temporarily occupied, sounds of explosions were heard this morning, and an air alert was also announced. According to local Telegram channels, dozens of drones and P-360 Neptune anti-ship missiles were used.
The governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, stated that the explosions were the result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is being repelled by Russian air defense.
According to preliminary information, two airborne targets have already been shot down over the waters in the Northern side area. All services are on combat readiness
At 8:42, the end of the air alert was announced, but local Telegram channels report the continuation of shelling by Russian air defense at the Belbek airfield.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine does not recognize territories occupied by Russia. He emphasized that Kyiv is ready to return Crimea through diplomatic means, not by military intervention.
Condition for restoring territorial integrity
The Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people stated that for official negotiations on ending the Russo-Ukrainian war, it is necessary to restore Ukraine's territorial integrity within the borders recognized by the international community. They consider any concessions regarding territories unacceptable.
It is worth noting that explosions and air alerts periodically occur in occupied Crimea.
