According to The Sun: Just a month after their wedding, Vanessa Feltz's ex-boyfriend, Ben Ofoedu, announced that he and his new wife Vanessa Brown are trying to have a child.

The 53-year-old singer and his fiancée tied the knot at the Rose Castle in Dalston, Cumbria, during a three-day celebration in July.

Family Plans

The couple is eager to expand their family. Ben told Mail Online:

“We are trying to have a baby. God is watching over us, smiling, so we might be very blessed.”

Vanessa added:

“It would be great to do it in the next 12 months. Obviously, I'm turning 30 on Saturday, so I think early 30s is the perfect age to start a family. So, I hope it definitely happens next year.”

The couple has already chosen the perfect name for their child, which will coincide with the location of their honeymoon. Ben expressed:

“If we have a girl, we would like to name her Verona.”

Vanessa explained:

“Verona is such a beautiful name. The Beckhams named Brooklyn after the place he was conceived. So, we are following in their footsteps…”

Complicated Relationships

The couple said 'I do' just five months after Ben proposed to Vanessa on Valentine's Day in New York, following a short courtship.

Ben, who was previously engaged to Vanessa Feltz, expressed his dissatisfaction with past relationships:

“I spent 17 years of my life.”

The singer, known for his hit “Turn Around,” ended his relationship with TV presenter Vanessa in 2023 after 16 years together.

Vanessa Feltz, celebrating with Mailine Klass, commented on her ex's new relationship, noting that his new partner is nicknamed “Vanessa 2.0.” She told Best magazine:

“An ex is an ex. I’m not interested in someone who is no longer in my life.”

She added:

“I don’t want to ruin my life by thinking about someone I no longer want to spend time with. I didn't get out of my relationship to keep track of what they are doing.”
