According to ТСН: Strongman and people's deputy Vasyl Virastyuk honored the memory of his tragically deceased first wife Svitlana.

Svitlana passed away 20 years ago. She died on January 2, 2006, at the Palandoken ski resort in Turkey due to a snow avalanche. In his Instagram, Vasyl Virastyuk shared memories of his first wife.

He published an archival black-and-white photo of Svitlana, noting that it has already been 20 years since that moment. Their son was only two and a half years old at the time of the tragedy.

'Can you imagine, today (January 2 – ed. note) it has already been 20 years since the day Svitlana, my first wife, the mother of Adamchik, passed away. He was only two and a half years old then.'

Svitlana Zabiaka, Vasyl Virastyuk's first wife, tragically died at a ski resort in Turkey as a result of an avalanche while skiing in a restricted area. She suffered a blow to the temple, lost consciousness, and then died from asphyxiation under the snow.
