When the outages will occur:
- 06:00 - 09:00;
- 15:00 - 22:00.
Household consumers will not be restricted. The outages have become necessary due to missile and drone attacks that have caused damage to energy facilities by Russia.
Energy workers are working to restore the damaged equipment as soon as possible.
The timing and volume of restrictions may change throughout the day.
Today, February 18, there were also power outages for industry and business, but household consumers were not restricted.

Moreover, Ukrainian legislation is regulated according to EU standards, in particular regarding countering manipulation and abuses in the energy market.
