According to inkorr.com: Accordionist from Ukraine Ihor Zavadskyi held a special concert for Oleksandr Safonov, who has been living in a paralyzed state for 15 years. This performance brought great joy and tears of happiness to the sick man, as the musician himself reported.

Zavadskyi, along with journalist Mykola Kanishevskiy and TV host Tetiana Tsymbal, visited the village of Potash, where Oleksandr Safonov lives. Upon learning that the announcer was aware of his presence, the musician decided to organize a small concert for him, performing six musical pieces, among which were well-known melodies from television shows.

Oleksandr Safonov

Oleksandr Safonov is a famous announcer and people's artist of Ukraine, who was the face of Ukrainian television for many years. After an operation in 2009, his condition became critical, and he had to sit in a wheelchair. When Ihor Zavadskyi visited him in Cherkasy region, he promised to return for the announcer's 82nd birthday to give another concert.

This emotional and touching performance showed how music can touch the human soul even in the most difficult circumstances. Ihor Zavadskyi and his colleagues gave Oleksandr Safonov the opportunity to feel the joy and beauty of music, despite his limitations.

Zavadskyi's performance became not only a celebration of music but also an important event for a man who, despite all difficulties, was able to feel support and warmth from those around him. Such an act of humanity reminds us of the value of human connections and the power of art that can bring joy to life even in the toughest times.
