According to ТСН: Ukrainian singer Gennady Viter openly shared his thoughts about the artist DISCOMAN, who has long been a topic of discussion in the Ukrainian show business. Viter has become the subject of rumors suggesting that he is behind the vibrant stage persona of DISCOMAN, which partially resembles the style of Oleg Vynnyk. Although the artist does not confirm these assumptions, he acknowledges that he is the producer of this project and controls most of its aspects, which only intensifies the interest of fans.

Gennady also spoke about his colleague Verka Serdyuchka, emphasizing that the DISCOMAN image was inspired by a certain incident during their tours. 'We were on tour with Serdyuchka. It was right after the first year of the war (full-scale - ed.). We were going to collect the first large sums for charity. A very large number of people gathered. I said from the stage that life was coming back: lights were on, transport was returning... The message was clear. But from the audience came the phrase: 'Sing already, damn it.' After that, Andriy and I talked in the dressing room. And he said to me: 'What do you think, why did I dress in this image?' So now this story helps. That's why I didn't leave the country when I was offered three times. Someone has to stay here.'

Viter notes that even at the initial stage, DISCOMAN is already bringing profit. However, he emphasizes the importance of development and a deeper understanding of his audience. 'I'll tell the truth. This project generates funds. For now, we are refusing any commercial history. The project is gaining momentum. We are looking for our audience and what will be interesting for it. After all, many know the songs, but do not know the name — that's what we need to break. We will do it gradually. This is not just my project, but there are two other co-producers,' the artist says.

Interestingly, DISCOMAN has already mentioned his friendship with Andriy Danilko, talking about the advice he gave him in his personal life. Whether it is a coincidence that both DISCOMAN and Gennady Viter call Danilko a friend — only time will tell.
