SadSvit returns to Ukraine: the singer announced concerts in his homeland.
According to ТСН: Ukrainian singer SadSvit, known for his duets with Tina Karol and millions of listens to his tracks, shared plans to resume his concert activity in Ukraine.
Although the artist has been living abroad for several years, in his interview, he mentioned that he does not feel comfortable there and wants to create for a Ukrainian audience. That is why he decided to return to his homeland during the war.
Return to the homeland
The host asked whether the return is related to the law that restricts the departure of young men under 22. SadSvit replied that his decision is based on his own feelings, although he will turn 22 next year and will still be able to leave Ukraine.
“I don’t know what I’m supposed to do here (in Poland - ed.). I perceive my stay in Europe as a stage of maturation. At 18, I was a child, not fully independent, and I’m glad that I had the space to understand what happened. I’m glad to be returning with an adult mind and consciousness. I understand that no one can influence me anymore,” shared SadSvit.
Plans for the future
SadSvit noted that “concerts will be organized” in Ukraine next year. Meanwhile, he continues to support his country during the war and emphasizes that his decision to come back home is based on a sincere position.
“I am truly sincere in what I say and do. I try to help everyone as much as I can: financially and morally. I have many acquaintances and friends in the military; my father is in the Pockrovsk direction. My position is sincere because I’m still a 21-year-old maximalist. I understood that my clear position is that I do not understand what I’m doing here (in Poland - ed.), and I would like to come back to continue my cultural activity in Ukraine, where I was born. I never perceived my stay here as a place where I would take root. To love a place through force is insincere,” emphasized the artist.
It was also noted that recently the godfather of singer Nastya Kamensky spoke about her earnings during the war, commenting on her position. This indicates that the Ukrainian show business continues to be in the public eye, even under the complex situation in the country.
