The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated the information on the losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of Sunday, September 22, 2024.
Russia's losses in the war as of September 22, 2024
So far, Russia has lost in the war with Ukraine:
- over 642,420 (+1500) military personnel,
- 8768 (+22) tanks,
- 17222 (+52) armored combat vehicles,
- 18333 (+63) artillery systems,
- 1195 (+2) MLRS,
- 949 (+0) air defense systems,
- 369 (+0) aircraft,
- 328 (+0) helicopters,
- 15628 (+67) operational-tactical level UAVs,
- 2593 (+0) cruise missiles,
- 28 (+0) ships / boats,
- 1 (+0) submarine,
- 25023 (+57) vehicles and fuel tankers,
- 3144 (+19) special equipment.
Occupier fleet activity as of September 22
- In the Black Sea, one enemy ship armed with Kalibr cruise missiles capable of launching up to four strikes was reported;
- There are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov;
- In the Mediterranean Sea, one enemy ship armed with Kalibr cruise missiles capable of launching up to 16 strikes was reported.
Over the past day, through the Kerch Strait:
- No vessels entered the Black Sea;
- One vessel entered the Sea of Azov.
Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) of 1974 by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS).
Now it is the 942nd day of the full-scale war in Ukraine.
