As of September 28, Russia has lost in the war with Ukraine:

• personnel - about 650,640 (+1470) people,
• tanks - 8,860 (+14) units,
• combat armored vehicles - 17,438 (+42) units,
• artillery systems - 18,733 (+55) units,
• MLRS - 1,203 (+4) units,
• air defense systems - 961 (+0) units,
• aircraft - 369 (+0) units,
• helicopters - 328 (+0) units,
• operational-tactical level UAVs - 16,093 (+62),
• cruise missiles - 2,610 (+2),
• ships / boats - 28 (+0) units,
• submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
• vehicles and fuel tankers - 25,411 (+0) units,
• special equipment - 3,291 (+99).

Activity of the occupier fleet as of September 28

• In the Black Sea, there are three enemy ships, two of which are carriers of "Kalibr" cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to eight missiles;
• there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov;
• in the Mediterranean Sea, there is one enemy ship, which is a carrier of "Kalibr" cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles

During the day, the Kerch Strait was passed by:

• to the Black Sea - seven ships, six of which continued to move towards the Bosphorus Strait;
• to the Sea of Azov - seven ships, two of which moved from the Bosphorus Strait.
