In six months, Ukraine imported passenger cars worth almost $2.3 billion: top 10 countries.

In the first six months of 2024, 167,600 passenger cars, both used and new, were imported into Ukraine, says Ukravtoprom, citing data from the State Statistics Service.
This figure is one third higher than that for the same period last year.
The total customs value of these cars amounted to 2.29 billion dollars, which is 40% more than last year.
The largest number of cars was imported from Germany - 33 thousand units. The USA and Japan also ranked in the top three exporters.
The ranking of countries supplying passenger cars is as follows: Germany - 33,074 units; USA - 27,649 units; Japan - 18,099 units; China - 17,715 units; Republic of Korea - 8,703 units; France - 8,284 units; Slovakia - 7,814 units; Mexico - 7,767 units; United Kingdom - 6,978 units; Czech Republic - 6,825 units.
