New Beetroot and Prunes Salad Recipe: Step-by-Step Instructions.

How to prepare:
First, grate the boiled beetroot on a large grater, add salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything well, then divide it into two equal parts and place one of them in a 20 cm diameter ring, forming the first layer. On top, make a lattice of mayonnaise.
Then lay the second layer - boiled eggs, grated on a fine grater, and spread mayonnaise on them.
Next, evenly distribute prunes, grated hard cheese, and peas (you can use canned if there is no frozen). Again, spread mayonnaise on top.
The last layer consists of the second half of the beetroot. Before serving, decorate with a lattice of mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. The salad should be placed in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.
