Giorgio Armani revealed his will: who will inherit the billions of the empire.
According to inkorr.com: Giorgio Armani has left two wills that outline how his estate will be distributed. The main asset – the Giorgio Armani fashion empire – is transferred to a fund he established ten years ago. The management of the business and the income derived from it will be handed over to his partner Pantaleo Dell'Orco and two nephews. The total value of the estate exceeds 13 billion euros. The will also mentions other assets, including a mansion in Milan.
Armani's Wills
“It was previously reported that the designer Giorgio Armani secretly left two wills, drafted this year. According to the agency, they were opened by a notary on September 9, but their content is not disclosed. According to ANSA, Armani personally wrote and sealed the wills. One was dated March 15 of this year, the other April 5. The existence of the wills was known before his death.”
Unfortunately, Giorgio Armani died at the age of 91, leaving his estate in the management of the head of the fund, his partner, and several relatives. Thus, the distribution of his company and other assets will take place according to his wishes.
The death of Giorgio Armani was a significant loss for the fashion world. His influence on the industry is hard to overestimate, and the legacy he left will impact the development of fashion further. The continuation of his work through funds and close people indicates that his ideas will live on.
