Zelensky held a Stake meeting: two topics were discussed.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held another meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Stake.
At the meeting, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, reported on the operational situation at the front. According to him, active fighting continues along the entire front line, but especially fierce battles are taking place in the Pokrovske and Kurakhiv directions. In addition, for the fifth day, Russian troops are trying to break through the Ukrainian defense in the Kursk region, but Ukrainian defenders are holding off attacks and conducting counterattacks.
During the Stake meeting, an analysis from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense and the Foreign Intelligence Service was also presented. The intelligence agencies provided information about who exactly is helping Russia wage war against Ukraine - militarily, economically, and politically, both openly and covertly. In addition, steps were discussed that need to be taken by Ukraine and its partners to weaken these criminal alliances.
The Ministry of Defense presented a report on contracting for the current and the next periods, particularly with the use of partner assistance. Investments of Ukraine's key partners in the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex were also discussed.
