Zelensky: The Alliance of Russia and North Korea Requires Strengthening Support for Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the need to strengthen support for Ukraine from international partners. He stated that the next week will be dedicated to working with partners to achieve "genuine peace".
Genuine peace can only be achieved through strength, and the entire next week will be devoted to working with our partners – for the sake of such strength, for the sake of genuine peace
According to the President, he is outraged by the growing alliance between Russia and North Korea, as it involves the transfer of people from North Korea to the Russian military forces occupying Ukraine.
Zelensky also expressed the importance of increasing the long-range capabilities of the Ukrainian army and supplies for Ukrainian forces, which will help increase pressure on the aggressor and prevent conflict escalation.
When we talk about greater long-range capabilities for Ukraine and more decisive supplies for our forces – it's not just about the list of military means. It's about increasing pressure on the aggressor, which will be stronger for Russia than they can withstand. And it's about preventing a bigger war
The President also expressed gratitude to the Ukrainian military and border guards for their service, especially the combat brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who have distinguished themselves on various fronts.
