Zelenskyy Meets Pilots at F-16 Training Center
According to Novyny.live: During his official visit to Romania, which began on March 12, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Ukrainian military personnel at the European F-16 Pilot Training Center in Romania. The discussions focused on the specific challenges facing the pilots undergoing instruction. This visit underscores Ukraine's ongoing efforts to modernize its air force with Western support.
Meetings with Romanian Leadership
Zelenskyy also held talks with Romanian President Klaus Iohannis and Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu. The first cohort of Ukrainian pilots began their training at the center in 2024, highlighting the critical role of international partnerships in building Ukraine's military capacity.
