According to him, the cost of trees will depend not only on height but also on appearance and the fullness of the needles. Pines will start at 350 hryvnias, while imported fluffy fir trees may cost up to 3–4 thousand hryvnias. Small but dense and attractive compositions are often valued higher than tall but less festive trees.

It is also expected that prices for coniferous compositions will remain at last year's level — within 200–1500 hryvnias, if the market situation does not change.
