A man of foreign descent decided to make easy money by helping people illegally cross the border between Ukraine and Moldova at a terrible price. However, his plans fell apart – during the last transport, he was caught on the spot, so now he faces a long Time behind bars.

Together with an unknown accomplice, the foreigner searched for military personnel through social networks and offered them a way forward. According to this commercial agreement, he transported them by car to the border, so they could disappear in Moldova. For this 'service', they paid 8000 dollars. After a meeting in Odesa, the foreigner advised the Odesan on what to do and took him to one of the villages in the Podilskyi district. For this, he received 500 dollars in cash and provided temporary shelter. Then the client was supposed to learn from the accomplice how to cross the border and provide the remaining cash.

The foreigner was charged under Article 332 (illegal transportation of persons across the border), which threatens him with imprisonment for up to 9 years with asset confiscation.
