November 15 is the last day when Ukrainian families can apply for state assistance
"Student Package"for 2025. On weekends, documents are accepted only online via the Diia app. This was reported by the Government Portal.
How to apply for the “Student Package” online
You can apply through Diia in just a few minutes. You will need an ID card or a foreign passport and a verified tax number. In the app, go to Services → State Assistance → Student Package and follow these steps:

The money from the program is credited to the Diia Card and can be used for cashless payments in stores, both offline and online. A special website lists about 27 thousand points of sale where payments can be made under this program. Funds must be spent within 180 days.
How much has already been paid
"Student Package"provides a one-Time assistance of 5,000 UAH for families of first-graders that can be spent on educational materials: stationery, books, clothing, or footwear. Most families use these funds to purchase clothing.
The budget for the program in 2025 is 1.22 billion UAH. As of mid-November, 84% of the plan has been fulfilled - over a billion UAH has been received by about 202 thousand families, of which more than 730 million UAH has already been spent on necessary purchases.
The program is implemented within the framework of the initiative of the President of Ukraine and was developed by the Ministry of Social Policy in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Pension Fund, and the State Service for Family and Children Affairs. Among the partners are UNDP and the Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE.
In addition, a new program has already been launched
"Winter Support", which provides assistance of 1,000 UAH - it can also be applied for online.
The state assistance under the “Student Package” program remains an important resource for supporting families with children, providing them with necessary educational materials. With the continuation of initiatives such as “Winter Support,” the government aims to create conditions for parents facing financial difficulties, especially in the current challenges.
