Their popularity and effectiveness are clear from the numbers, making the program a key tool for housing support.

  • In Lviv Oblast, 635 borrowers took advantage of partial interest rate compensation, significantly easing their financial burden.
  • In Odesa Oblast, 471 program participants received support.
  • In Zakarpattia Oblast, 142 borrowers benefited.

This broad regional coverage shows how the program improves housing access for diverse population groups across the country.

Eligible participants include military personnel, veterans, internally displaced persons, healthcare workers, teachers, and researchers. Across Ukraine, 31 regional and local support programs operate under the 'eOselia' umbrella, offering varied financial assistance for housing. These efforts not only enhance living conditions but also provide social protection for the most vulnerable segments of society.

The 'eOselia' program is part of the Ukrainian government's comprehensive strategy to improve housing for those most in need. Compensation payments and the wide range of participants reflect a serious commitment to tackling housing affordability, especially amid ongoing socio-economic challenges. Continued development of these support programs could positively reshape the housing landscape in Ukraine, offering stability and security for many families.
