US Secretary of Health on Trump's Diet: I Don't Know How He's Alive

According to ТСН: US Secretary of Health Robert F. Kennedy Jr. spoke about Donald Trump's eating habits during his travels. In particular, he noted that the politician prefers food from McDonald's, which his entourage considers real 'poison.'

'I don't know how he's even alive, but he is.'

Kennedy Jr. specified that at the Mar-a-Lago residence and in the White House, the president adheres to a relatively healthy diet; however, the situation significantly changes during trips. According to him, those who accompany Trump may be shocked that he 'stuff himself with poison all day long.'

The head of the American Department of Health explained that during trips, the president chooses food he trusts, including dishes from McDonald's and other well-known brands, which helps reduce the risk of illness. He also emphasized Trump's physical endurance, saying:

'He has the constitution of a deity.'

Despite his ironic remarks, the secretary highly assessed the overall health of the president, noting that he usually eats healthily. Kennedy emphasized that Trump is 'the most energetic person' anyone 'has ever met.'

Recall that at the beginning of January, Trump claimed to have 'wonderful' health and great work capacity, working in the Oval Office for 9–10 hours a day. The president shared that he takes 325 mg of aspirin daily for blood thinning, which is four times the recommended norm, causing frequent bruises on his arms. The 79-year-old leader associates his energy with genetics, ignoring doctors' advice regarding diet and exercise, except for golf.

Thus, the US Secretary of Health provided an interesting assessment of Trump's eating habits, which sparked much discussion. Kennedy's words about the president's health, despite some irony, indicate a special resilience and energy of the politician, which may become the subject of further research on the influence of diet on health.
