According to The Sun: Arsenal is considering the possibility of activating the release clause of 52 million pounds for Bayer Leverkusen defender Piero Hincapié - who Tottenham previously targeted.
However, the 'Gunners' must confirm the departure of center-back Jakub Kiwior BEFORE the deal is finalized.
SunSport understands that Arsenal is struggling to find buyers to take Kiwior off their hands - the value of the Polish international is estimated at around 25 million pounds after being bought for 20 million including additional payments in January 2023.
Porto continues to remain interested in Kiwior but needs to sell first to fund this transfer.
The Arsenal unit is actively preparing to activate the release clause for the Bayer Leverkusen defender, indicating the club's serious interest in reinforcements.
