Ex-assistant to Guardiola calls for him to leave Manchester City: what's next.
According to The Sun: The head coach of 'Manchester City', Pep Guardiola, was called to leave the club and find a new project. The Spanish specialist has achieved significant success at 'Etihad', winning numerous titles in the Premier League and the Champions League.

The total points scored was 71, which is twenty less than in the championship season 2023/24.
The decline in the team's performance raised questions about Guardiola's future in Manchester. His former preparation analyst, Carles Planchart, believes the specialist needs to 'refresh' himself.
They worked together at 'Barcelona', 'Bayern', and 'Manchester City'. Planchart left the club last season but strongly advises Guardiola to do the same.
“This is a personal decision he will need to make. I believe the project should last five or six years, no more.
But not for him, but for everyone. After that, it is necessary to refresh.”
“As a friend, I would tell him to look for a new project because he has a lot ahead of him.”

“He didn't feel this at 'Barça' or 'Bayern'. He is a football fan. His life is on the pitch, on the grass.
“He is a genius, a creator. His main strength is in how he invents football.”

“A difficult aspect in life is creativity; others only copy. He is number one in this.'
Guardiola's contract with 'Manchester City' ends in 2027, and he previously noted that he might take a break until '15 years'.
Planchart believes that the decline in the team's performance is due to 'defective' energy.
He added: “Sometimes the energy runs out, and when you get into a bad dynamic, it's hard to get out.
“In football, you always need to be at 100%. We had injuries, people coming to the end of their careers.
“There was a decline in performance even among the staff.
“Lack of energy made us fight only for a Champions League spot, and that was an achievement.
“We also lost the final, and that was a punishment for a poor season.”
