Biden: Ukraine will win, the USA will be by their side.
US President Joe Biden stated on Twitter that Ukraine will win the war, and the United States will support it at every step. He also posted a video related to Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to Washington.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky presented his victory plan to the leaders of the G7 countries, as well as to US Presidents Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Presidential spokesperson Serhiy Nykyforov stated that the allies accepted the plan "constructively and with great interest".
According to the American Institute for the Study of War, the Russian authorities are seriously concerned about Ukraine's use of long-range weapons. UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy hopes for a decision on lifting restrictions on strikes against Russia before the beginning of winter.
US support for Ukraine includes an $8 billion support package, including weapons for the front and air defense systems for Ukrainian cities. In addition, the comprehensive G7+ security agreements for Ukraine's reconstruction have been extended.
President Zelensky emphasized the importance of allied unity to stop Russian aggression and ensure a just peace.
