Barcelona is preparing a new star from La Masia: 18-year-old Torrentz impressed Flick.
Young left-back of 'Barcelona' Jofre Torrentz impressed head coach Hans-Dieter Flick during the club's pre-season tour in Asia.
Jofre, who studied at the La Masia academy, got the opportunity to train with the first team, which shows the great trust placed in him, according to the publication
Sempre Barca.
Although an injury in 2023 temporarily halted his progress, Jofre quickly recovered and returned to a high level of play. He has successfully played for 'Barcelona Athletic' in the Segunda, where he demonstrated his confidence and talent on the field.
The player is not only recognized for his performances but also for his leadership qualities that he shows among his teammates. Journalists compare Jofre to other talented graduates of La Masia, such as Pau Cubarsí and Lamine Yamal, and express admiration for his tactical thinking, physical strength, and accurate passing.
Improving in training with the first team and receiving praise from experts, Jofre Torrentz could become a key player in the future for 'Barcelona.'
