The Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated Kupiansk: unique video of the storming of the city council by the fighters of the Charter.

According to ТСН: The search and assault group 'Charter' established control over the building of the Kupiansk city council. The city was liberated as a result of a successful operation carried out under the leadership of the command of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine.

After the liberation of Kupiansk, the units of the 'Charter' group and the tactical group 'Kupiansk' continue to clear the city. Military reconnaissance-assault groups of the 4th battalion of the 'Charter' brigade raised the state flag of Ukraine over the building of the city council in the city center.

'The Kupiansk operation proves that thanks to the planning, training of commanders and staffs, and the quality preparation of units — everything we call the 'Charter' method, it is possible to successfully stop and destroy the enemy,' emphasized Obolensky.
