MMA fighter and former 'Azov' member prepared a terrorist act near the TCC in Kryvyi Rih, – media.

In the city of Kryvyi Rih, SBU officers detained a 26-year-old man who intended to carry out a terrorist act near the local TCC. According to 'Glavkom' magazine, the detainee is a 26-year-old warrior from Sheptytsky in Lviv region named Valentyn Pidkovych.

The Security Service of Ukraine reports that this person planned to leave a homemade bomb near the checkpoint, and Russian agents were to detonate it jointly with an agent. During the detention, an explosive device with additional elements - bolts, reinforcement, and a phone for activation - was also discovered.

According to the SBU, the detainee was conducting reconnaissance in the area of the potential target, where he planned to place the explosive device, which was to be hidden under a fire extinguisher in a backpack. Previously, SBU officers established the presence of a Russian agent and detained him when he was preparing to set up the explosive device. According to the investigation, a 23-year-old man from Kyiv region worked on the enemy's side for a reward of $1,000. His targets were the TCC buildings, SP, and the Main Train Station of the city. He intended to use a pre-prepared explosive device, which could be activated remotely.

Russian special services planned to carry out a bloody terrorist act with a large number of casualties and eliminate their agent as 'an unnecessary witness.'
