Zelensky dissatisfied with allies' unfulfilled promises
President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his dissatisfaction with the unfulfilled promises of allies regarding military assistance to Ukraine. He particularly drew attention to air defense systems that were promised but have not yet been fully provided.
Zelensky on the importance of keeping promises
During an interview with media from Northern European countries, the president emphasized the importance of keeping promises made by allies. He noted that Ukraine was planning military operations with the help of its partners and was counting on their support within set timeframes.
Promised air defense assistance not provided
According to Zelensky, NATO countries promised to provide "six-seven" air defense systems to protect Ukrainian skies, but this number has not yet been provided. This issue becomes especially pressing with the onset of the heating season in Ukraine.
Problem with American assistance
Zelensky also drew attention to the delay in providing American assistance. He mentioned that only 10% of the total package that has already been voted on has been received, and this is unacceptable. The president believes the delay is not related to financial issues but to bureaucracy, logistics, and skepticism on the part of some partners.
Zelensky on leaked secret requests and North Korean military
Zelensky sharply reacted to the leak of Ukraine's secret requests to the White House. He also addressed the U.S. and China regarding the military situation with North Korea.
