Russia massively struck six regions of Ukraine: F-16 pilot heroically perished.
Ukrainian forces were attacked by Russian troops with drones and missiles on the night of April 29. They launched over 450 drones and 40 missiles of various types at critical infrastructure and civilian facilities in various regions of the country. The most powerful strikes hit the Lviv, Cherkasy, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv regions. After the attacks, no victims or injuries were reported.
The head of the Lviv OVA, Maksym Kozytskyi, reported that the region was attacked by Russian drones and cruise missiles, targeting the region's critical infrastructure. Initially, there were no reported casualties or injuries.
As a result of the attacks in Cherkasy and Zaporizhzhia, civilian infrastructure was damaged, houses and a college were destroyed in Svitlovodsk, and the number of injured in the Poltava region reached six, including one child. Although casualties and serious destruction were avoided, damages remain noticeable in several regions.
Volodymyr Kohut, head of the Poltava OVA, reported an attack on one of the enterprises in the Kremenchuk district of the region, where a fire occurred. Rescuers saved two dogs from under the rubble, despite the risk of a wall collapse.
