The Russian club had already agreed to the transfer, but Nicolas decided not to move to Russia due to the situation with the war in Ukraine.

In the previous season, Nicolas Fernandez played 36 matches for 'Elche', scoring 7 goals and providing 10 assists. According to Transfermarkt, his value is up to €2.5 million.
