Ukraine is facing new power outages: where and when the schedules will take effect.
According to inkorr.com: On November 13, power outages will be reintroduced in most regions of Ukraine. This was reported by 'Ukrenergo', noting that the reason was damage to energy facilities due to Russian attacks.
Outage schedules may change throughout the day. These restrictions will apply to industrial consumers, and hourly outages will function from 00:00 to 23:59.
Emergency Power Outage in Sumy
On November 12, due to an emergency power outage, one part of the city of Sumy was left without electricity. This happened due to problems at energy facilities because of massive attacks.
