The International Ski Federation is considering the participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes

The International Ski Federation has taken under consideration the possibility of returning Russian and Belarusian athletes, who were previously suspended from participating in competitions due to military actions against Ukraine. Although their suspension is in effect, changes may be possible in the future.

According to previous decisions made several years ago, the participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes in international competitions remains a subject of discussion. The FIS Council may make a new decision at any moment, but for now, the participants remain suspended. Thus, they will not be at the Games in Beijing, at least.
