Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk has once again become the absolute world champion. He has forever inscribed his name in the history of sports in golden letters. The strength for victories comes not only from Usyk's unique technique and endurance but also from his family, reports the Novyny.LIVE portal.

Oleksandr and Kateryna Usyk have four children: two daughters and two sons. Their family almost never appears in the news, but interest in them grows after each high-profile fight of the champion. Especially now, when the war has separated them in different countries. The eldest daughter is named Yelyzaveta and she is 14 years old. Following her are the sons Kyrylo and Mykhailo. The youngest, Maria, was born in January 2024. Previously, the family lived in their own house in Vorzel near Kyiv, but after the Russian aggression, Kateryna had to temporarily leave the country with the children.

Currently, Usyk's sons are in Spain, raised by their grandmother and grandfather. Kyrylo and Mykhailo are practicing judo and are already participating in youth competitions. The daughters stayed with their mother in Ukraine. According to Usyk, he is constantly in touch with them, but sees them personally rarely.

After his victory, Oleksandr Usyk received well-deserved recognition and became a hero for many Ukrainians. This news also reveals some of the personal life of the boxer and his family, showing that behind the public image of a winner are hidden the usual daily joys and worries.
