Russian State Duma Deputy Complains About Problems with Ammunition for Russian Biathletes.
Russian athletes are facing shooting problems due to the low quality of gunpowder and ammunition.
“Athletes cannot buy quality ammunition due to logistical issues,”said Olympic medalist in biathlon and Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Anton Shipulin. He emphasized that the quality of gunpowder and ammunition directly affects shooting accuracy.
It was also revealed that Maxim Bakhaev, who participated in the Russian aggression against Ukraine, was elected Chairman of the Council of Sports Veterans at the Moscow Regional Branch of the 'Russian Kickboxing Federation'. Bakhaev is a well-known world champion in karate and karate-do and has numerous achievements in these disciplines.
However, he was also recorded during the attack on Zaporizhzhia, where he was surrounded along with the occupiers. All enemies, except Bakhaev, were destroyed, but he sustained serious injuries. He survived, but due to his injuries, he had to amputate all his limbs.
Moreover, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated another traitor from Crimea - football player Oleksiy Yablonskyi, who continued his career in the occupied peninsula after the annexation of Crimea.
Thus, the problems with ammunition and gunpowder among Russian athletes, as well as the betrayal of certain athletes from Crimea, indicate a problematic situation in sports in Russia and its controlled territories.
