Villarreal signs Ukrainian goalkeeper: why he refused the giants of UPL.
The player's father, Yakov Kinarykin, shared the offers that came to his son after his performance with 'Dnipro-1' in the European cups. Clubs from the Czech Republic, Belgium, Poland, and Cyprus showed interest in the footballer.
According to the father, 'Leganes' from Spain expressed their interest through an official letter, while 'Valladolid' was still considering the possibility of collaboration.
Although the Kinarykin family was positively inclined towards the offer from 'Karpaty', they agreed that the next step should be a move to a club from the top 5 leagues. If such an offer arises, they will consider it, provided there is a serious player development program.
UPL giants refused the player
Representatives of 'Dynamo' and 'Shakhtar' showed no interest in the player, as they already have well-known goalkeepers. Meanwhile, 'Oleksandriya' and 'Polissya' showed interest, but the most serious offer came from the Spanish club.
As a result, the goalkeeper ended up at 'Villarreal', where he was offered a five-year contract with the possibility of development at 'Villarreal B'. After moving to the 'yellow submarine', the young custodian of the goal received the chance he had always dreamed of.
After performances in European cups for 'Dnipro-1', goalkeeper Yakov Kinarykin received offers from several clubs from different countries, but ultimately chose the Spanish 'Villarreal', where he was offered a five-year contract.Read also
