The leader of the Russian band "Bi-2" Yegor Bortnikov congratulated Vladimir Putin on his birthday. He published an appropriate post on Instagram.

In his post, the singer called Putin a talentless political idler, who leads to thousands of murders and millions of maimed people for billions of rubles.
