In May of last year, Jamala became a mother when she gave birth to her son. Currently, the artist is returning her figure to its pre-pregnancy shape and has already noted significant weight loss. In the program 'Morning in the Big City,' she mentioned that she did not use popular weight loss medications. The singer actively engages in sports and carefully monitors her diet.

Jamala also added that after she finished breastfeeding, she lost seven kilograms. She noted that after her first and second deliveries, she gradually shed excess weight. However, after the birth of her third child, this process took more time.

'No, I did not get injections for weight loss. Sports, pilates, food. I found it effective not to have dinner. I breastfed, time passed. In the first week after I stopped breastfeeding, I lost seven kilograms. Then my weight gradually started to decrease again, just like the first and second times. This can be traced in my photos. Generally, I always returned to my shape, but this third time took longer,' the artist shared.
