According to Novyny.live: Mikhail Grabovski, a former forward for Belarus’s national hockey team, is facing charges after allegedly attacking a coach during a youth league game in Canada. The altercation took place in Markham, Ontario, following a playoff matchup for players under 15 years old.
The confrontation occurred between Grabovski and the opposing team’s coach, Warren Cooper. As a result, Cooper required hospital treatment for his injuries. York Regional Police responded to an assault complaint on March 14, leading to Grabovski being formally charged. The court has since imposed a no-contact order between Grabovski and the victim.
