TV presenter Olga Freyimut shared details about her husband, former director of 'Novy Kanal', Volodymyr Lokotko's passport. It turned out that he has Russian citizenship and cannot get rid of it due to the specifics of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

"He uses a Kazakh passport. But he cannot refuse the Russian one. Because to do this he needs to go to Russia to get certain documents. So people who have a Russian passport, unfortunately, cannot easily give it up, even if they wish to. He has a residence permit in Ukraine. He has lived and worked in Ukraine for 18 years. He works in media, he has his own business," Freyimut said.

Freyimut emphasized that she has always seen her husband with a pro-Ukrainian position, regardless of his citizenship.

She also mentioned that she married Volodymyr Lokotko when she was working at 'Novy Kanal' and hosting the show 'Revizor'.
