Olga Mikhailovna Freimut (Ukrainian: Ольга Михайлівна Фреймут, maiden name - Konyk, married - Lokotko) is a Ukrainian television presenter, writer, journalist, and actress.
Place of Birth. Education.
Olga was born on February 25, 1982, in Novyy Rozdil, Lviv region. Her father is a football player, and her mother is a master of sports in swimming. She obtained her bachelor's degree at Vistula University in Warsaw. She received a master's degree in international journalism at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and City University London, where she graduated 'magna cum laude'. While studying, she worked as a waitress.
Career.
She worked as a journalist at the BBC. She appeared in advertisements. In 2005, she returned from London to Kyiv and got a job in the international department of 5th Channel. Soon, she realized that the work of an international journalist did not satisfy her. For a while, she worked as a fashion journalist on the 'Breakfast with 1+1' program on the 1+1 channel.
In 2008, the morning show on 1+1 was closed. She learned about the casting for the morning show of the New Channel from producer and journalist Lyudmyla Padlevska, and after successfully passing the tests, she became co-author of 'Podyem' along with Alexander Pedan and Serhiy Prytula. The last episode of 'Podyem' in this composition was aired on May 27, 2011.
From June 2011, she hosted the program 'Shoumania' together with Dmytro Kolyadenko. In March 2012, the project was closed.
At the end of August 2011, the program 'Revisor' started, where Olga Freimut checked the quality of service establishments in Ukraine. Personal Life.
At the 5th Channel, Olga Freimut met Alexander Rakoed, the channel's chief director, who soon became her husband. They were not officially married, only had a church marriage. However, a few years later, they separated.
In February 2006, she gave birth to daughter Zlata in London from a native Briton Neil.
With her current husband Volodymyr Lokotko, she has two more children: son Valerii (born 2016) and daughter Yevdokiya (born 2017).
