Sky Sports presenter made a funny mistake on air: what happened.
According to The Sun: Television presenter Katharina Kleinfeldt, who works for Sky Sports in Germany, found herself in an embarrassing situation during a live interview with Marco Friedl from Werder.
“Actually, I... Marco, I'm sorry. It's my fault.”
After Frankfurt's 4-1 victory over Bremen, Kleinfeldt mistakenly congratulated Friedl on his team's win, not realizing he played for the losing side. Later, she apologized for the mistake and hoped that Friedl would be able to laugh about it in time.
Outside her sports broadcasting duties, Kleinfeldt leads a luxurious lifestyle and shares it with her 88,000 followers on Instagram. Recently, she filmed a tennis tournament at Wimbledon for Amazon Prime and, reportedly, is dating Borussia Dortmund's sporting director Sebastian Kehl.
As a result of the on-air mistake, television presenter Katharina Kleinfeldt apologized to the footballer for her inaccurate statement and provided interest in facts from her personal life, which caught the viewers' attention.
