According to Novyny.live: A complex of granite quarries covering 54.9 hectares in Ukraine's Vinnytsia region has been put on the market for $3.5 million. With a nominal annual production capacity of approximately 1.1 million tons of crushed stone, this site demonstrates strong potential for mineral extraction operations.
Land lease agreements and a special permit for work on this complex remain valid until 2036. As of 2024, the balance reserves of granite stand at 15.762 million cubic meters. Of this total:
- 3.176 million cubic meters are allocated for blocks (categories A + B);
- 12.586 million cubic meters are designated for crushed stone (categories A + B + C1).
These reserves enable a new owner to operate efficiently within this sector.
The listing for the sale of this complex was initially published in March 2024 and then again in 2025. The asking price started at $3.25 million before rising to $3.5 million. Upon purchase, the buyer will acquire 100% of the enterprise, which includes:
- A crushing and sorting line;
- A complex of workshops for cutting and polishing slabs;
- Administrative buildings, including a control room, warehouse, lathe shop, compressor room, and garage;
- A rail loading station equipped with a conveyor system.
