The HAPPY Mondays singer Shawn Ryder was unable to attend the funeral of Stone Roses bassist Gary 'Mani' Mounfield due to pneumonia. The 63-year-old Shawn shared that he and his bandmate from Black Grape, Paul Leveridge, fell ill with this ailment after finishing their tour on December 20.He shared his feelings on the BBC Breakfast program:
