Harry Styles Purchased a Fourth House

According to The Sun: Harry Styles, former member of One Direction, has become the owner of a fourth house on the same street where his three luxurious mansions are already located.

According to sources, the singer, like his colleague Ed Sheeran in Suffolk, intends to turn these London houses into a massive real estate complex. The new property might become a comfortable guest house for his friends.

According to a source:

“Harry is creating real competition for Ed with his properties in North London. He already has three houses on the same street in Hampstead, and now he quietly acquired another one.”

The source also added that

“Two of these houses are being transformed into one large estate, while the third is more of an investment property.”
The fourth new house may become part of this large complex, connected to the other two via an alley and a large garden. It's impressive how much work Harry is putting into creating his dream home.

Despite the successful purchases, Harry is likely to face significant tax bills.

It is clear why Harry is expanding his real estate empire, considering his successes in recent years.

The singer, known for the song 'As It Was', has become one of the world's superstars but remains just as humble and kind as always. I had the chance to meet Harry in the VIP area at Glastonbury in June.

When I stopped him to congratulate him on the success of his latest album 'Harry’s House' and his grand world tour, he turned out to be very welcoming and polite.

Harry is looking forward to many more exciting things, and this fully offsets the costs of the fourth house.

One Direction’s pop firm banked almost £10,000 a week last year in the wake of Liam Payne’s death

Financial Successes of One Direction After the Loss of Liam Payne

The company One Direction earned almost £10,000 a week last year after the death of Liam Payne.

According to financial reports from 1D Media, the profit for 2024 was £507,012 from sales and music listens. This is a significant increase compared to £350,000 in the previous year. These funds will be divided between Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Liam's estate.

However, Zayn Malik will not receive anything as he relinquished his rights after leaving the group in 2015.

The company was established in 2010, and the latest profits include the period after Liam's death in October, when all five albums returned to the Top 40.

We expect albums from Harry, Niall, and Louis to be released in 2026.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the group's formation, but fans hoping for a reunion will have to wait until they can enjoy their music on record.
