The Ukrainian team at the Invictus Games demonstrated resilience and commitment, earning medals. In group B, alongside teams from Poland, France, Germany, and 'Invincibles 3', our team competed in two matches and won both.

Although Poland was the champion of the previous games, they lost one set and did not advance to the next round. In the semifinals, Ukraine lost to Brazil but continues to fight for the bronze medals.

The match for third place against Great Britain was very tense and emotional. In the first set, Ukraine led and won 21:9, but in the second set, the British team gained an advantage. In the end, our team emerged victorious with a score of 21:17.

Overall, Ukraine currently has 25 medals of various kinds, more than the USA and Australia combined. There is one last day of competitions where medals in indoor rowing will be contested. Specifically, two bronze medals belong to the 'Invincibles' team in wheelchair basketball.

The most successful participant of the Ukrainian team so far is Ihor Oliinyk, a lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Kyiv. He has already received two gold, two silver, and two bronze medals, including five in swimming and one in snowboarding. On the last day of competitions, Ihor will also compete in indoor rowing. We wish him victory once again!
