Spanish club to buy goalkeeper from Lviv's Karpaty, not Lunín.
The Spanish club 'Villarreal' is preparing to surprise the football world as it plans to acquire a Ukrainian goalkeeper. According to information from the Telegram channel 'TaToTake', it is known that not Andriy Lunín from 'Real' is set to join this team, but rather Yakiv Kinarykin from Lviv's 'Karpaty'.
Goalkeeper for 'Villarreal'
According to the source, 'Karpaty' had previously agreed to sell their 21-year-old goalkeeper to 'Villarreal'. The Spaniards plan to finalize the transfer before the Champions League starts, and for this Kinarykin must undergo a medical examination at the club.
Last season, Yakiv impressed with his performance, having played 13 matches for 'Karpaty' and keeping his goal intact five times. His value according to Transfermarkt is 700 thousand euros. It is worth noting that he also played for 'Dnipro-1' and made his debut in the Champions League qualifiers in 2023.
Ukrainian goalkeeper Yakiv Kinarykin may change his team and continue his career in Spain by joining 'Villarreal' before the Champions League starts. It should be emphasized that this transfer will be a significant step in his professional career and will provide him with new opportunities for growth as a professional.
