Israel Strikes Hezbollah's Intelligence Headquarters in Beirut.
The Israel Defense Forces conducted a series of strikes on targets of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in the capital of Lebanon, Beirut, as well as in the south of the country. This was reported by the IDF.
«Israeli Air Force fighters struck terrorist targets belonging to Hezbollah's intelligence headquarters in Beirut, including intelligence gathering assets, command centers, and other terrorist infrastructure», the statement said.
Israel also attacked Hezbollah's weapons depots located in the same area. Secondary explosions were recorded after the strikes, indicating the presence of weapons on the sites.
The Israeli army emphasized that Hezbollah intentionally places its command centers and weapons depots in residential areas, endangering the civilian population of Beirut.
In addition to strikes on the Lebanese capital, Israeli fighters also attacked terrorist targets in the south of Lebanon and in the Bekaa region. These strikes included the destruction of weapons depots, a command center, and a Hezbollah launch site.
Recall that the President of Israel called on Lebanese and Iranians to stand up against Iran.
