Aston Villa will also cover 80% of Sancho's weekly wages, which amount to 200 thousand pounds.
These signings serve as significant reinforcements for Coach Emery, as Villa remains the only team in the top four English leagues yet to score a goal.
25-year-old Sancho turned down an offer from Roma and had interest from Juventus and Beşiktaş.
Manchester United sought to loan out the England star after Chelsea paid them 5 million pounds for failing to complete a deal for his return after a previous loan period.
Emery is a big fan of Sancho, and reportedly, the player is expected to contact former Villa player Marcus Rashford about the club.
“Aston Villa is delighted to announce the signing of Jadon Sancho from Manchester United. The England international joins Villa on a year-long loan.”
Elliott, also interested in a move to RB Leipzig, is expected to become an important element in improving the attacking play.
Additionally, Villa has signed former Manchester United defender Victor Lindelöf on a free transfer.
