According to The Sun: The match between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner at the ATP Finals was stopped due to a medical incident in the stands. Sinner, who is 24 years old, was serving in the fourth game when suddenly there was a commotion in the stands in Turin. Fourteen minutes after the match started, whistles and screams were heard.
“It is very important that everyone is safe,” said tournament officials.
Medical staff quickly responded to the situation that occurred in the stands. Although the match was suspended, the tournament continued after participants and fans received confirmation that everything was under control.
