Katy Perry is flying to space.

American singer Katy Perry will fly to space along with other female passengers on the New Shepard spacecraft by Blue Origin. This flight will be the 11th suborbital flight of New Shepard with passengers on board. Along with Perry, Gayle King, Amanda Nguyen, Keriann Flynn, Lauren Sanchez, and Aisha Bow will also fly.

Katy Perry expressed her feelings before the flight: 'I have dreamed of going to space for 15 years, and tomorrow that dream will come true. It is a great honor for me to be alongside 5 incredible women and to be part of the first all-female space crew in history!'

Perry also showed a video where she demonstrates the capsule and her seat inside. She also noted that 'she needs to sing in space' and believes in her dream.
